It may be wise to arrive 5 minutes earlier for your initial appointment as we will ask you to fill out a registration form with details such as name, address, your GP etc.
During the initial consultation we will ask you a lot of questions not only about the current problem but also about your general health as it is vital that we build up a full picture in order to reach the correct diagnosis.
The osteopath will then carry out a full examination (you may be asked to undress for this).
Once we have reached a diagnosis and ascertained that it is something we can help with we will work out a treatment plan and give advice on pain relief, exercise, posture etc. as necessary.
