Appointments and Fees

In order to make an appointment or confirm our current fees please telephone the surgery on 01684 575379 or email office@malvernosteo.co.uk. We have an answerphone for out of surgery hours so if you leave your name and contact number we will quickly return your call.

A wide variety of appointment times are available and we endeavor to provide good emergency cover whenever possible.

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment so that we can make the time available for other patients. Failure to do this may result in you being charged a cancellation fee.

We ask patients to pay for their treatment after each visit unless they provide proof of up to date medical insurance covering osteopathic fees, in which case we usually charge the insurance company direct.
